Within in the International Research Training Group ArcTrain PhD students and scientists of the University of Bremen (MARUM and IUP) and the Alfred-Wegener-Institute in Bremerhaven cooperate with 8 Canadian partner universities, to investigate in the framework of a structured doctoral program processes and impacts of climate change in the North Atlantic and the Canadian Arctic. Projects at the Department of Oceanography deal with vertical and horizontal exchange processes in the subpolar North Atlantic and Arctic Ocean. |
